Import C-Team Data

Upload CSV file from Google Forms responses

Export responses from Google Forms as CSV, then upload here.
This will delete all existing C-Team entries for the selected season.
Expected CSV Format

The CSV should contain the following columns from the Google Form:

  • School Name The school's name
  • Will your school have a C-Team? Yes or No
  • How many CU (coaches/umpires) will your school provide... Options: "Sorry, we do not have any CUs", "We have 1 CU", "We have 2 or more CUs..."
  • If you have TWO CUs, please list dates... Weeknight dates available for 6 PM games (optional)
  • C-Team games will be scheduled as double headers on Saturdays... Dates school cannot host
  • Please check any Saturday dates that your program will have a conflict... Dates team cannot play at all
Tips
  • Download the responses from Google Forms as CSV
  • The importer will parse dates in various formats (M/D/YY, M/D/YYYY, etc.)
  • Schools that answer "No" to having a C-Team will be skipped
  • Existing entries for the same school and season will be updated
  • School names are matched to the database using fuzzy matching
