Import LAX Conflict Data

Deprecated: Bulk CSV import is maintained for one-time Google Forms migrations only. Use the web conflict form for new or updated entries.
Preferred: Use the web conflict form for new entries. Admins can customize questions in the Form Builder.
CSV Format (legacy import)

CSV columns are matched to the active form definition for the selected season (including custom fields). Typical columns:

  • School Name
  • Athletic Director's Name
  • Athletic Director's Email
  • Will your school field a VARSITY team? (YES/NO)
  • Will your school field a JUNIOR VARSITY team? (YES/NO)
  • What is the usual VARSITY starting Game Time?
  • What is the usual Junior Varsity starting Game Time?
  • First date available for games 2027?
  • FIELD CONFLICTS 2027?
  • SCHOOL CONFLICTS 2027?
  • SPECIAL REQUESTS OR OTHER INFORMATION
Choose the exported CSV file from the LAX survey
Select the season this import covers (must match the form year)
Check this to delete all existing LAX data for the selected season before importing. Leave unchecked to update existing entries and add new ones.
Important Notes
  • Schools with both Varsity and JV marked as "NO" will be skipped
  • Existing schools will be updated with new data
  • Date formats will be normalized for the 2027 season
  • Conflict dates in format "3/26/25 Thursday" will be parsed correctly
